AirPods Case isn’t Charging
My AirPods case will charge my AirPods but the case itself is not being charged by the lightning cable. Any advice?
Double check that the cable you are using to charge you AirPod case is working. Test by plugging in your iPhone to the cable. The AirPods will charge in the case until the case battery is at 0%. If the cable is good, try a reset on the AirPods.
How to reset your AirPods
- Press and hold the setup button for at least 15 seconds until the status light starts flashing amber a few times and then flashes white.
- Reconnect your AirPods to all your devices. (If you set up the double tap to pause function, you'll have to set that up again).
