My AirPods case is not charging.

hi, try to reset your AirPods case:

• Press and hold the setup button on the back of your case
• Let go of the button when the status light flashes amber, then flashes white
• The battery case should charge now.

If this doesn't work try cleaning the connecter:

• Get a static brush or toothpick
• Scrape the dirt out
• Connect your lightning cable to the case and it should charge. Also change the cable and the charging brick, use a genuine apple certified one.

I tried both your methods. Didn’t work. Status light is amber, but it doesn’t charge. AirPods and case are well taken care of, no water damage, never dropped, in a case from the first day. What do I do next?
