please see this screen shot I took today, this just cam up on safari and never seen it before, I think it is a scam or some sort - please advise or is my MacBook really infected

That is a scam JavaScript dialog, which was triggered simply by your landing on that bogus web page. Even money that the Close button will trigger some mayhem too.

thanks for the reply, thats what I thought but wanted to be sure
what got me I don't remember clicking on any email or link on a webpage, i had a few safari tabs open and just noticed it, it seemed to come out of nowhere.

Nothing can scan your computer through the web browser. It is always a scam.
does apple automatically scam macs and give a message like this or is it a scam?
