Payment method changed not working

I’ve changed my payment method on iTunes account and now when I try to purchase extra coins for game app “who wants to be a millionaire” it’s declining payment and states to contact Apple.com/suppot/iTunes. Please assist

I don’t know why Apple is asking me to change my payment method? I tried to pay using PayPal on a game and it declined. Then Apple was asking me to add a new payment. I don’t want to change what I have. I don’t understand what happened. It’s my bank account and that’s what I’ve always used for PayPal. Can someone help me?

Payment was declined I was unable to download app on my apple store it keeps saying “your payment method was declined “ and have try to update my payment method several time still the same thing
