Payment methods

Good evening.!! I have many problems with my payment method ..First of all iTunes charge me for an app 83 euros that I never download it (don’t even which one is cause I never receive any bill in my emails as always ..My bank told that they will arrange it and they delete my card because I suspect that my card is hacked..Today I take a new visa I went to my payment on iTunes to change the number and I receive a message that my iTunes and AppStore has decline my pay method even with the new number .!!

'If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.' Click on the link in the document and follow instructions. https://support.apple.com/HT208856
