The full cost of your iPhone and selected AppleCare+ coverage is spread out over 24 months with 0% interest.

And you can upgrade once you’ve made the equivalent of 12 payments.

Just trade in your current iPhone and start a new plan."

After you have made 12 payments you can trade in your device and get a new one and start over again. If you decide you don't want to upgrade just make the remaining 12 payments and the device is yours to keep.
