I recently upgraded to an iPhone XR, but I’m unable to download the Activity App for my Apple Watch. I’m getting this message: This app requires specific features not available on this device. Is this app not available for this device?

The app is only available to use if you have an Apple Watch linked, since it's meant to track the activity on it: Work out with your Apple Watch
