i bought an iPad Pro 18 months ago on a 24 month contract
‘for some reason....whenever I move it,it sort of shorts and the screen goes off and the home button does nothing,it’s when I press the button at the top and reuse my finger on the home button does it come back again....if I don’t move the iPad it works fine
any ideas would be helpful and I guessing I’m out of warranty?

It sounds to me like something is loose inside. Did you drop it or anything like that?
As to out of warranty, that depends. Did you purchase apple care plus? If so the issue may be covered, or you may be able to use an accidental damage repair for a service fee to get it replaced with a refurbished model.
if you have an apple store near by you can take it in and see if they can diagnose it for you and go from there
