My macbook air 2015

Hello guys, my MacBook air won’t turn on. I bought it in 2016 (macbook is 2015 early.) It’s happened like a month ago. Everything started when i close the screen down and after 2h i tried to open it the screen was black. I tried to do SMC restart it doesn’t helped. So i took it to the apple resellers store they made a diagnostic and they thought that MacBooks logic board is damage (it’s cost more than I thought) but yesterday after a long time i tried to start my MacBook and it’s turn on and worked fine except that it asked me to reinstall the mac OS. Then i closen the macbook screen again and after a night it wouldn’t start up again.

So i would like to get any solutions

I don’t know how many people are using this forum still, but any help is helpful

Hi - I've recently had a similar issue! My macbook air (same gen as yours) just died, tried restarting the SMC, nothing happened. Took it into Apple the next day, and found the logic board had completely failed, and additionally, the battery had failed also. I also was shocked at the price, as was quoted £600 for a new logic board and battery. However, i mentioned to the guys at apple how a machine should last longer than 2 years and how loyal we are to their products, and they actually honoured the whole price free of charge! If i were you, i would pop back into apple, explain the situation and see if they'd take another look at it - i have no doubt you will have a positive experience! Good luck!
