Web pages on showing as text.

Web pages on showing as text on Safari using Mojave on a 2013 MacBook Air...I have tried clearing caches as others have suggested but it doesn't solve the problem...anyone got a solution?

Check Safari/Preferences/Websites/Reader to see if it is enabled for that web site.
