I'm sharing my apple id with my mom and it has created a clusterfuck when i'm trying to back my phone up and put all my stuff on my new phone. HELP

Never share an Apple ID. They are never meant to be shared. Make sure you each have your own and then download the apps again that you need. If there's stuff that you want to share then the best way would be to use family sharing.
