How to rename a note iOS 12.1.1 (iPad Pro 12.2 2018)

After searching and searching... I found the very simple way to rename a note, either in a lockscreen note or a regular note (when the iPad is unlocked).

In the note settings, my notes are set to start with "Body" (The menu item: "New Notes Start With" : "Body") (I am not sure that this is absolutely required for the little procedure below to work.)

The first time we create the note, simply open the keyboard, the cursor will settle on the first line of the note. We can then type the title of the note that will be saved with this title.

Once the note has been created. We can rename the note by simply opening it, position the cursor in or at the end of the note title (which is of course the first line). Open the keyboard and edit the title. The note file will be saved with the new title.
