Start by a forced restart-->If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it post back with what happened and we can look at additional steps.

Tried this and everything else people recommended! Thanks for your reply. Nothing works, cant even shut the phone off, battery finally died. Black screen with spinning wheel.

No wayer damage and did not drop. I was using it to browse internet and just went black.
