Can't run Eclipse Java IDE on Mojave

I have tried everything, from installing JAVA for macOS and installing JAVA SDK both on their most updated versions but Eclipse just won't run and crashes as soon as I open it. What is weird is that when I try to install it it just unpacks to the folder where the file is instead of going through a proper installation process.

Macbook (2016 or later)
