Apple Music Playlist from downloaded songs

I'm trying to see if there is an easier way to add all of my downloaded songs on my iPhone into a playlist at one time instead of having to go to new playlist then select Songs: then selecting each individual song.... i have over 3K and i don't want to select each individual song. this really comes in handy when i upgrade phones and in order to get all my music i have to re-download and i rather have all the songs i currently want in one playlist. any thoughts??
