I'm fairly new to to Keynote and Im using ios12.
When creating slides, thumbnails are produced in a column on the left hand side. I copied a slide, pasted it, and made various changes. So, I expect those changes to be reflected in the new thumbnail. However, the thumbnail fails to refresh?
How do I make the slide and thumbnail look the same?

Working now. I deleted Keynote, went to App store, and uploaded it again. 'Hope I don't have to do that too often?
