disappeared photo

From my iPhone, the photos are gone. Without any reasons. I do not know what to add. I'm mad. They simply do not. For example, in the favorites, I stored screenshots necessary for work. Most of my library has disappeared without any reason. I hope you solve the problem.

Do you see a Recently Deleted album in the Photos app? If you were syncing photos with iCloud, have you checked iCloud.com/Photos using a computer browser to see if they are there or there is a Recently Deleted album? If you weren't syncing photos with iCloud, do you have a backup you can restore from?


Restoring from a backup erases all data currently on your device. Any data newer than when the backup was made will be erased. A restore is an all or nothing restore.

Your library is a mess.

The files are in the cloud but only half are downloaded to the phone . Apparently the company is splitting me another $ 3 a month.

I bought an IPhone red, hoping to enjoy the convenience and reliability. I got a headache. I wouldn't write without knowing how to check my deleted photos or icloud. Your advice from the category "standard answer" does not help me. Like all beautiful presentations on your website. I've always been loyal to this company, but lately it's been a disappointment. Ready to continue the dialogue and to send You all the screenshots that prove my innocence. And about the disappearing picture, they said the expert of the Russian service support recover.

Peek into my phone through Apple care, it's easy, but to recover lost data from a small SSD in an advanced smartphone is not possible. I am now afraid to imagine what good of this cloud, when it either disappear from the photo or not loaded back in full on the phone.

You haven't answered any questions.

Even if the photos disappear due to the user's fault, they must be in the shopping cart for 30 days. If I clear the recently deleted ones, the data will be deleted in the cloud.

What is the logic of this cloud ? Steve's enthusiasm leaves these devices, beautiful marketing, and inside guano. I can recover files in dropbox, not here. You don't help, you leave questions behind. Do you think this is professional ? for the rest of my life, I will discourage people from buying the company's products. Instead of figuring things out, it'd be better to help. How to recover recently deleted files ? Why doesn't the cloud allow it ? Maybe you can finally offer options ? I have a lot of questions that could improve the product, but the difficulties in communicating with the support and the company itself, which is not interested in each client, do not allow to do this.

I hope You have enough questions and you will please answer at least one.
