Hi Guys.
Trying to enable my iCloud Keychain on MacBook Pro running High Sierra OS v 10.13.6
Take a look at the short video to understand the problem. Any ideas how to resolve ?

Did you sign out from location system preferences - iCloud and again sign in with same Apple ID and password , is this is a secondary authentication id , or a 2FA as in 2FA option button is never shown .
Do you have iCloud verification code in records .
If iCloud Keychain is corrupted , open keychain access preferences and click on reset my default keychain , make sure you have all passwords in your records .
It's a very lengthy procedure to sign out from icloud account and then again sign in with same Apple ID and password and then set up iCloud Keychain , the code is always required ( if your are not having a code have to reset the keychain ) .
