iTunes Gift

I’m trying to send an album as a gift but it’s not showing up in the other persons email. I’ve resent a whole lot and quadruple checked the email. What’s going on here?

They've checked the spam folder as well as the Inbox ? Contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
