Sending iTunes gift

I sent a gift That was supposed to be sent the next day. The recipient has not even received the email. I resent gift and still no email for her to redeem

If she's checked the spam folder as well as the inbox try contacting iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
