edit credit card info

when trying to update credit card info I get error message stating that I need to contact iTunes support.

Unable to make purchases after updating credit card info. I changed my credit card info in iTunes and now I cannot buy anything. I get a box that says to click "Billing Info" to approve but when I click it nothing happens. I am on a PC and the support pages I've seen are all intended for Mac or iphone. Why wont iTunes allow me to change my credit card details? I am trying to change my Credit Card details but after entering the details it rejects the update and refers me to iTunes support, which doesn't help? Can anyone out there?
