Hi . I reset my MacBook Air for selling it. The buyer who came was a thief and he grabbed my Mac and run away . I have the serial number and I want to block the usage. I have called 911 and registered the case as well. Guide me please on how to find using the serial number.
You cannot find it with a serial number and Apple will not assist you. Find my Mac is your only hope aside from the police.
If you've already wiped the computer completely you will not be able to locate it. But if you were still signed in to iCloud and had Find My Mac turned on, you might be able to locate it that way.
