ITunes bases were hacked and all money from a bank card was lost

At the night, from my bank card, which in the past was connected to my apple id, was taken all money for purchases in iTunes. All operations were performed within 5 minutes. 2 months ago I removed this bank card from the payment method for iTunes and its data is not in my profile. My bank said that the iTunes database with payment information had apparently been hacked. With whom I can contact? Support service don,t work in weekend

If the card is not linked to your iTunes account(s) you contact the card issuer, they should deal with it.


And did the card issuer back up their claim that iTunes had been hacked ? Even if it had the complete card's details won't have been retrieved, iTunes doesn't store all of it e.g. the security code is not stored.

How is the card issuer seeing that the iTunes account that the card is linked to is your account ? Have you told the card issuer that it's not your account and that the payments are fraudulent ? Reputable card issuers would take the customer's word and cancel the card and investigate.

One month ago I have changed payment method in Apple ID to mobile phone and didn’t use bank card after it. All money from this bank card was reserved this night for ITunes purchases. In my purchase history no information about these deals. My bank said that I should to connect to ITunes because as they see all these transactions gone from ITunes.
