Unauthorized transaction in ITunes from my bank card

Dear community members my bank card was compromised and used in I tunes (this order

was not placed by me I have checked my orders and subscriptions in my apple ID)

how can I cancel transaction, I have tried to connect support but in my country

(uzbekistan) it is not possible to reach them, support page shows error and

there is no online chat with support in apple.com. Pls. help if you have any

experience in such case or give me official email address whom I may contact

iPad mini, iOS 9

We are unable to help with refunds, account issues or purchases  


Cancel/see your subscriptions here - See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support 


Try applying for a refund here, but there is no guarantee it will be refunded - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support
