Oxford dictionary doesn’t work on new iPhone

Hey I paid $30 for my Oxford dictionary app a year ago on my previous iPhone. Now I just got a new iPhone and I can’t use my account on this new iPhone, the app is the free version, not the one I have paid for. What can I do? Thank you!
