hello
everytime I try to text I get suggestions for work contacts some of which are several years old and are emails. I double checked both my iCloud list and that only iCloud list is checked. Please tell me how to stop this. This is something new. The people I am trying to text I text everyday
restart the device after signing out of iCloud and then sign back in once it restarts
When you go to settings>contacts> is iCloud set as the default?
I changed it, but it’s still happening
It’s also showing phone numbers

I did that already after searching the internet. The contacts are still coming up
It appears that there is no way to get rid of them then.
well there is one thing you can do but it gets rid of them all. If you go to settings>contacts>Siri & search - turn off "find contacts in other apps"
