hello I just got my phone back from getting my iPhone 7 Plus “repaired” the screen was broken! I keep getting message now what I turn it on i tried to do diagnostic but it gives me a link for apple

Did Apple do this screen repair? If so, take it back to them. Apple warranties all parts and labor for 90 days.
If it was done by an unauthorized repair store or person, then you’ll have to deal with them, since clearly they did not do the repairs correctly.
