Just received the iPad pro 11 as a gift. The case that I received with it keeps falling off. It is the Apple Smart Folio. The edges are also rough. Is there not a case that covers the edges to insure more safety and comfort? I don’t use a pencil.

Well, you likely won't find one that completely covers the iPad all the way around. But I have one similar to this and it holds the iPad very securely and should provide reasonable protection should you drop the iPad:

Perhaps the Apple case isn't what you need. A quick visit with Amazon however, will open a world of options which may better meet your needs. Most of them much more affordable than the Apple Folio Case too.
You're welcome. I like mine. I also have a hard shell Bluetooth Keyboard case on order, but it won't be delivered until sometime in February. It looks like this, but is specifically for the iPad Pro 11.

The seller had to take the photo for the Pro 11 down as they're still refining it and it costs $69.99. I had one like this for my previous iPad and really liked it.
The challenge is I cannot find one that covers the sides....and a soft material like leather.
I like that one. Is it heavy?
It's not as light as the folio cases, but no, it's not really heavy. It weighs 11 ounces.
