i need a person that can be my friend and to look at my mac in remote control

I have a 2012 I mac and i had a problem when i was doing the hardwire wizard thing i had a bare gray screen when i did it twice so i got scared and thought to my self i should make a boot up disk so when i created a partion disk on Mojave it kept giving me a error code and things so i told my friend and my "Friend" thinks this mac is to old and stuff even it's 2012 i have the gold MacBook 2018 or 17 here is my case if you can look it up if anyone wants to screen share let me know and we can see if this mac is to old what can we do next?

There are no personal emails or screen sharing in these communities - it is never a good idea to do that with anyone other than Apple support.


So, to start with, I have no idea what the "hardware wizard thing" is. Maybe you can explain that.


And, if you want to make a bootup disk, it should be on an external drive or stick, not a partition on your internal hard drive.


You need to explain exactly what you did and how you ended up with the problems if you want any help.
