The AHT is slow and not complete on the mac. If you want a deep test, make an appointment and go to the Apple Service location, there they have a super AHT, and it is free.

There are no personal emails or screen sharing in these communities - it is never a good idea to do that with anyone other than Apple support.

So, to start with, I have no idea what the "hardware wizard thing" is. Maybe you can explain that.

And, if you want to make a bootup disk, it should be on an external drive or stick, not a partition on your internal hard drive.

You need to explain exactly what you did and how you ended up with the problems if you want any help.

There is no hardware "wizard". You will need to actually post details: device model/year, Mac OS version. And, exactly what happened to make you decide to run the hardware test.
