Reinstalling Mac OS

I was given a few macbook pro's that my job told me I could take. I did remove the hard drives in them however when trying to reinstall the OS it's constantly trying to install Remote Management. Is there a way to install a vanilla copy of ANY OS?

Thanks

If these are Work Owned - they may have been Enrolled in a Mobile Digital Management Service ( MDM for short ). This would mean the Serial Numbers are registered with the MDM Service. This effectively gives the MDM Service to install their Software on the computer regardless of what the user want to do. It also give them the ability to Totally Control the computer.

If this is accurate - suggest contacting the IT Department of your company and for them to Un-Enrol the computers from the MDM Service.
