iPhone Setting Search Bar doesn't work

I tried to use the search bar in the setting, but no matter what I type, nothing comes out. Is it a bug or what? Anyone has the same issue here? How to solve it???

Try the following. Stop when the issue is fixed.

-the “non-responding” app is settings

- Use recovery mode to re-install the iOS. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
