Weather App Spam

When will apple fix the Spam that comes up when ever you open your weather App, and click on Weather.com box in lower left corner? When you try to use additional features an ad pops up saying I have won something and to click OK or Cancel which of course doesn’t cancel anything! I’ve used the recommended fix, settings —-> Safari —-> advanced —-> website Data —-> show all —-> then delete the ones that look like the culprits... but have also deleted all along with cleared all cookies, closed all pages, and cleared history and website data... nothing takes that annoying AD away. Ok Apple this is a website you have us use, what is going to be done about it? Anybody else successfully terminated this spam ad?
