Unable to download or update apps

I have an iPhone 8+ and I am unable to download or update any of my apps. My App Store will load everything else except for the updates. When I go to updates it will give a blank white screen that only says updates. (Photo attached). When I go into the apps that needs to be updated, it will give me a box to click that says update. When I click it it will take me to the App Store and the the application page. When I click the update option it will give the loading circle but won’t update. It doesn’t say anything about my payment or anything.
