each time I try to update application for example like Instagram now it gives error that says "Verification Required /tab continue and sign in to view billing information"
however I checked my "payment and security" and I have no payment history to be paid.
note : my Icloud email and apple id (store) email are different and I cant make it one because it says "email not available"
