Magic Mouse 2 won't connect after charging

The past few times I've charged my Magic Mouse 2, after unplugging it shows as not connected via Bluetooth and it won't connect. I have to use a wired mouse then go into system prefs, remove Magic Mouse, add it again and it works.

Previously I didn't have this problem, its only been for the last 2-3 months (about 4 charges).

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)

It first happened on High Sierra and now on Mojave

Any help gratefully received!

My magic mouse is not connecting to my imac... it does not show up in bluetooth but when it is plugged in and i turn the mouse off it shows "mouse off" but will not connect wirelessley. I had it on the charger turned on for a bit so the it should be charged.

Apple Magic Mouse 2 not being detected via bluetooth by MacBook Air 13-inch early 2015, with OS Big Sur 11.6.2 Hello Community! Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year and hoping that you are keeping well and safe ! I request your help regarding the Magic Mouse 2 which suddenly stopped working yesterday. It's about 4 years old and was working perfectly fine till yesterday morning, when it refused to connect. I tried switching the mouse off and on, restarted my Mac, connected the mouse to the Mac with the USB cable to charge it, removed the mouse from the list of bluetooth devices to try and pair it again....but now I am really stuck ! When I am connecting the Mouse to the Mac with the USB cable, the Mac screen is displaying a 100% charge status for the mouse and is also displaying "Mouse Off" when I am switching it off. However, unfortunately, my Mac refuses to recognise the mouse to be able to pair it agin when I am switching it on. I tried booting the Mac in the Safe Mode to try pairing, but to no avail. I am using a MacBook Air 13-inch early 2015, with Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.2 Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be really helpful. Thank you Community !

my Magic Mouse doesn't work properly. When I switch on my computer, the mouse does not work until I attach it to a usb for a few minutes. This happens every time despite the fact that my mouse is fully charged I have a weird problem with my Magic Mouse in that it doesn't work when I switch on my iMac despite being fully charged, so I have to connect it to the usb for five minutes and then it works! Is this a common problem or is my magic mouse not really magic?
