Tuning issue

I’m working on a project in LP 9 that seems to suddenly change the pitch of the EXS inst.

at bar 40........(why at that bar....I have no idea.

They sound a maj 2nd below where they should be. The hardware insts seem to stay in the right place

Looked at everything I could thing of related to tuning but can’t find the problem.

Never had this issue before.

Any suggestions out there ? Thx a lot !
