How do i install icloud for windows 10?

I would like to use iCloud for my Windows 10 machine. However, the "icloudsetup.exe" which I have downloaded cannot be used for this machine. The notice I have received is this:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor". Can someone help me? Thanks!
