iTunes billing issue
I can't buy through iTunes because of billing issue
i did put my visa card, after i try to buy something i get a billing message issue

What is the 'billing message issue' that you are getting ?
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account). Credit cards are more likely to work than debit cards.

I tried to change it to registered mobile but every time when i receive the code by message i entered it but i get a error message try later why??!
