I downloaded the Weight Watchers app to purchase the 12 month plan, I have enough in my account, I have the right card set up on my account, but it still is declining my payment. It says “cannot connect to App Store, please visit (this website) for help”. I don’t understand what to do, I thought I was doing everything right. Please help

I tried all of those things. I even updated my phone. This is what shows when I try to make the purchase. im not sure what to do, I’ve filed a report because I’ve used this app before and really loved it, I didn’t have any problems purchasing in the past.
