How do I check cpu, ram usage in my MacBook Air?

I’m new to Mac. I know in windows (so mad at them, too many freaking updates that are driving me crazy, that’s another topic though) anyways you could do control alt delete & see the real-time cpu, ram, disk usage, etc. can I do this in the Mac?

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

Go to: /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app

"Activity Monitor shows the processes that are running on your Mac, so

you can manage them and see how they affect your Mac's activity and
