Apple music, previously downloaded (pirated/ torrented) music, iCloud music

Hello apple universe - I have subscribed to apple music and regret to say that prior, i was torrenting my music.

I am finding it difficult to merge my existing library with the new apple music downloads that i have downloaded (timeline example: my iTunes library was complete as of Dec 1st with torrented music, i subscribed to apple music Dec 2nd, downloaded new music from apple music to my iPhone, backed up my iPhone Dec 15). I do not wish to use iCloud Music as I do not find this feature useful for my purposes. I only wish to use apple music to download songs, and listen to new music.

I do not want to lose my existing music library, I had backed-up my iPhone and it automatically ran iCloud music. Not realizing, what this feature did, i let it run. Unfortunately, it messed up my existing music library (annoying AF!!). I was hoping when i backed-up my iPhone, it would include the new songs i downloaded.

so i have two questions:

1) how can i revert the changes that iCloud music has done to my existing library

2) how can i merge my existing music library with new apple music songs that i download without iCloud music feature?

PS - everything is updated (iPhone and MacBook Pro and iTunes)
