2017 iMac shuts down every few days

iMac running MacOS 10.14.2 has been shutting down every few days. Here is the beginning of the system log for the relevant period of one such shutdown. (I tried to post more of the log, but ran into the 5000 character limit, even though my post was just under 5000 characters.)

You should not be running Symantec. It will cause you great grief,

I have the same issue with my 2017 iMac 27 5K quad-core i7 and it is NOT running any anti-virus or cleaning app burdens. When I turned off Install system data file and updates in System Preferences > App Store the shutdowns stopped although I still see the com.apple.xpc entries in system:log.

Researching it.

PS: We have the same computer except mine has 16GB RAM and the 1TB SSD instead of the Fusion drive.
