iMac won't turn on After Unplugging, I have tried Smc rest severe times

My iMac is not turning on after I unplugged it. I have tried Smc reset several times and it still won't come on.

After seeing this previous thread; https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2796981 I have decided to wait about 3 days before trying to turn it on again but just wondering if there is any new information on this issue and what the current wait time is an whether I have to plug it in or keep it unplugged while I wait.

Well you have not provided any useful information. Try resetting the NVRAM per How to reset NVRAM on your Mac. If that does not work try restarting in Safe Mode per Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support. If that will not work then take the computer to your local Apple Store assuming it is a 2012 or later iMac or if it's a 2011 or earlier to an Apple Authorized Service Provider to be professionally diagnosed.
