Mysearches.co or one of its lower-level domains (email.mysearches.co, radio.mysearches.co, speedtest.mysearches.co, converter.mysearches.co, package.mysearches.co, dm.mysearches.co, etc.) may start to appear on your browser’s new tabs or start page after you install some program from a free downloading site. Freeware installers often try to install several PUPs (potentially unwanted programs) unless the user opts out. A browser hijacker is an example of those PUPs; it can change homepage and similar settings of a browser and stop users from changing those back.

Mac OS X, try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac.
