Was trying to make a purchase for something in a game and it said my purchase did not go threw contact apple support. What does this mean?
That means you need to contact iTunes support for purchase issues.

How do I contact them? I have made the same purchase on this game before what could be the problem?
It means that the purchase did not go through and that you should contact Apple Support.
