iPad Pro 12.9 2nd Gen Battery weak

Hi, For the past few days I have noticed that the battery in my 2nd Gen iPad Pro 12.9 drops way to quickly from normal. I have also noticed that when i'm in a call with my friends on discord I was able to keep the screen on to see what was going on. Well within the past week that has changed. While charging the iPad and using it at the same time it will go up 3% and then down 3% and keeps doing that over and over. I have tried different charging cables and I am using the original power brick that my iPad came with. I want to check the battery health of my iPad Pro as it is only 1 year old and should not have these issues. My old iPad 4 did not show these issues until after 4 or so years of usage. I have also noticed other weird things such as the touch screen not responding at times and bright spots at the bottom of my display but those I can deal with. I really want to get this battery problem solved. I want to know what can I do to have this fixed? How much would it cost if I sent it into apple for repair? I also forgot to mention that every once in a while it will show not charging in the top right when charging from the power brick.

I have exactly the same issue on a gen 1 iPad pro 12.9, that has not had a whole lot of use, as I mainly use my far lighter Air 2. Coconut battery app running on my MBP, shows the iPad with just 134 charge cycles on it but the battery health is only 77%. I would not expect this poor health until closer to 750 cycles. Within the last few weeks it has also started self discharging, when in stand-by and runs the battery down to zero in about 2 days of stand-by. It used to last three weeks or more from 100% on stand-by. I have an appointment with Apple at the Brighton, UK shop on Monday to investigate. If they charge me £93 and replace the whole iPad, I will not be that unhappy. That is what they did with my iPad Air 2 and the new Air 2 had far better battery life than the first one ever had from new. It was also more stable. However, if they want to take my 12.9 Pro for 5 days just to replace a battery in the existing machine, which should not really need replacing after just 134 cycles, I will be less than delighted.
