2019, many updates after iOS 12 and Apple Music is not fine yet.
I've restored my iPhone twice and those artwork keep going blank.
(Things are okay on the Mac)
Does anyone know a real solution to this?
It's the most annoying thing ever on Apple Music...

Take a look at these steps under "If the artwork for some of your albums or songs is missing" for some reasons why you might be running into this issue: Get help with iCloud Music Library - Apple Support

I had to do this process a few times, and it's working by now. All the covers are there.
