AirPods not showing their last location

Hello,

I lost my AirPods which were connected to my phone and were set up in find my iPhone. But on find my iPhone the last location isn't showing. Does anyone know why

AirPods lost last location doesn’t show anymore I lost my AirPods but still have the case, when I realized they were lost I checked find my iPhone and saw there last location so I went to look at the last location and when I got there & checked the app again now the AirPods don’t even show up on find my iPhone what can I do? I want to make sure I get a notification if someone finds them and charges them too how do I do that

I have read that lots but its not showing the last known location?
