Cannot add test card to wallet in simulator

I followed exact steps mentioned on https://developer.apple.com/apple-pay/sandbox-testing/. Created test account and logged in with that in simulator. I'm sure I have selected supported regions. When I open the wallet app in simulator, I don't see any option to add test card. I found similar questions on forum but didn't helped me. When I load the page with apple pay button, every time I get the `false` on `ApplePaySession.canMakePaymentsWithActiveCard(merchantIdentifier)`.

apple pay problem I can’t add my card to apple wallet. When I try to add my card to apple wallet with the + sign on the right top, it keeps saying: “To add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to Wallet. look for the Add to Wallet button in apps, emails, and websites.” tried removing current cards, tickets etc but still same things happened.

Unable to add cards to apple pay Hi Everyone , Currently I am living in UAE . One of the bank cards I am unable to add to apple pay in XR device. Actually bank app is allowing me to add the card . It is navigating to continue page. But the problem is once it is there , apple pay page prompting to 'learn more on how to add cards' . Can any one suggest how to resolve this problem? Everytime the same page . and this happened after I recently done with latest update of iOS.
