Hi, there i have bought new iphone xs max 256GB, unfortunately the phone slipped from hand and fell down..from the impact my back glass cracked slightly..so my question now is, if lets say my device had problem and i send it to warranty..am i still able to get a replacement phone?

To get other warranty work done on the iPhone you will need to have the glass replaced. I believe with the back glass they just replace the iPhone with a refurbished unit. This would fall under the Out of Warranty replacement which is $599 for an iPhone XS Max. Unless you have AppleCare+ and the cost would be $99.

If you have Apple care they will repair it for a fee. But as it’s an accident they won’t replace or repair it under warranty. Add to the fact is you caused the problem not a issue with the phone.
if my phone battery is problem and i want to send it for repair ( 1 year warranty) still can i ?
i didnt add any apple care so far..i would like to add it now..is it possible?
